2014
Drying
Dry the impregnated papers to remove moisture and ensure proper resin absorption.
Layer Stacking
Stack multiple layers of kraft paper, topped with decorative and overlay papers, to form the laminate structure.
Pressing
Use high temperature and pressure to bond the layers together in a hydraulic press.
Cooling and Trimming
Cool the laminate sheets and trim the edges to the desired size.
Finishing and Quality Control
Sand the back, inspect for defects, and package the laminate for distribution.
Inhouse Digital Machine
Our in-house digital printing machine ensures precise, high-quality prints for custom and bulk orders.
Wide Storage Capacity
We have a spacious storage area of 55,000 sq. ft., offering extensive storage capacity.
